Who may use this registration category:

• Only non-physician employees of medical facilities, government agencies and educational institutions. Includes healthcare administrators, technicians, assistants, nurses, office support staff, interns, orthoptists, therapists, ocularists, ophthalmic photographers, academic researchers (PhD/PharmD), and veterinarians.

• Does not include optometrists.

• Does not include non-physician employees of exhibiting companies who should be registered by their company as an Exhibitor Representative.

• Non-physician employees of companies or commercial enterprises that are not exhibiting must register as Commercial Representatives (see category below).

Registrations made  under this category will automatically undergo a review. Reviews will be completed within three business days. Approved registrations will receive a separate confirmation letter. If it is determined that the registration was completed in an incorrect category, the registration will be reclassified and you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

The following registration fees apply to each day of the meeting (Friday or Saturday), whether in-person or online.
