California-based MSO MedPOINT Management leveraged Ethermed’s invisibly uplifting AI solutions to advance healthcare administration and reduce provider burden.

MedPOINT has deployed Ethermed’s AI engine atop its existing systems to accelerate prior authorization approval decisions for the 10,000 providers and more than one million members it serves in California.

Using proprietary machine learning models, it quickly reviews and matches information against millions of data points, to return an approval or request additional details without human intervention. This innovative tool is the first step of Ethermed’s suite of Invisibly Uplifting technology for healthcare, designed to reduce costly interruptions and delays at the payer-provider interface.
