KP's passion for the food and restaurant industry began before he had his adult teeth when his father, Fred Pauly, exposed him to the restaurant business from an early age. The elder Pauly had owned and operated several well-recognized concepts, such as Blue Ribbon Meat Packing Company and Club Metropol.

KP's experience in the hospitality industry expanded while working under Benjy Levit of Benjy's and Local Foods, developing the skill set required to successfully run multi-million-dollar restaurant concepts.

Recently nominated for best American restaurant, best brunch, and best burger in Memorial, KP's Kitchen has charmed the Memorial area since 2021.

Not to mention being recognized as Yelp's Top 100 Places to Eat in Texas 2023.

Nestled south of the Bellaire Triangle, KP's Kitchen's second location occupies 3,800 square feet. It features a spacious bar, party room, and front and side patios. The restaurant will offer the same welcoming ease and sophisticated modern eats that have made the bistro so popular for family dinners and romantic date nights. The bar and party room are an exciting addition to the restaurant.

Highlighted as a standout Memorial-area restaurant by Houston Eater, KP's Kitchen has garnered attention with its chef-driven cooking style.
