After entering the energy efficiency industry out of UCLA, Tracy’s first entrepreneurial endeavor was as CEO of Mesa Energy Systems, a mechanical and energy retrofit company based in California. Price led a management buyout of the Holdco, relaunching it as The Linc Group (TLG), where he received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2008.
