These promotions recognize their hard work, innovation, and dedication, significantly contributing to the company's ongoing growth during their tenure.

Deniz Doolin has been promoted from AVP to Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. Deniz has a wealth of knowledge, having been a member of the Star brite team since 2007. With a double-major Bachelor of Science in International Business and Marketing and a Master’s in Business Administration, Deniz brings impressive expertise in comprehensive global regulatory support, classification and labeling, quality control, and ingredient monitoring. Deniz is a member of the Society for Chemical Hazard Communication as well as the Household & Commercial Products Association, and was awarded Boating Industry's 40 under 40 in 2019. In her new role, she will ensure continued regulatory compliance, an integral part of Star brite's continued growth and expansion.

Sara Ressa, a valuable team member of the Star brite family since September 2011, will now become the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Operations. Sara joined the team after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Sara started as a Purchasing Coordinator and grew to the supervisory position of Operations Project Coordinator. In her ¬¬new role, she will continue to oversee day-to-day operations and logistics and lead the operations team in ensuring that Star brite's production, product launches, and supply chains run smoothly. We are excited to acknowledge Sara for her hard work as part of the key leadership team.
