Scottsdale based Asian fusion restaurant, Ling & Louie’s, announces new specialty menu in celebration of National Noodle Month

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA, UNITED STATES, February 23, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill introduces the latest specialty menu for March in celebration of National Noodle Month. Starting March 1 and available at Ling & Louie’s Chandler, Scottsdale and Boise locations through the end of the month.

Guests will find the East-Meets-West tradition highlighted in the variety of creative noodle dishes and perfectly paired wines. Among some of the highlighted creations on the menu are Louie’s Green Curry Macaroni & Cheese, the ultimate in comfort food with a modern Asian twist including blackened chicken, rich blend of cheddar cheese, green curry and coconut milk. We suggest pairing the seductive Elouan Pinot Noir with this comforting dish.
Other dishes guests can enjoy during the month of March include the flavorful and light Shrimp & Mango Salad (pairs well with the Carne Humana White Blend wine), Beijing Duck Noodles, Garlic Pepper Noodles (paired with Elouan Rose - Crisp clean aromas of fruit), Ginger-Sake Soba Noodles and The Crying Dragon – definitely “not for boring people”, this dish will light a dragon’s mouth on fire.
