Eco BCG Corporation and VAF Filtration Systems signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement
WOODBURY, MINNESOTA, UNITED STATES, December 3, 2015 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Today, VAF Filtration Systems located in Arvada, Colorado USA and Eco BCG®, with offices in Panama City, Panama, Santiago, Chile, Bogota, Colombia, Minnesota, United States and Mexico City Mexico signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement with the aim to provide advanced automatic self-cleaning macro water filtration systems to the various industrial and municipal markets across Latin America. This new Strategic Alliance allows turnkey and financed integrated solutions, including but not limited to, system's design to its operations and maintenance.
VAF’s extensive line of filtration equipment can be used for a variety of filtration applications in industrial water reuse systems, waste water treatment, cooling towers, sea water applications, river, lake and well water extraction, irrigation, and many more, with the ability to remove suspended solid particles from 6,500 to 10 microns and handle virtually any flow rate. Thus, these systems may provide pre-filtering methods for disinfection treatments, micro and ultra filtration and reverse osmosis.
The V-Series filters have a patented design called BHD (Bidirectional Hydrodynamic Drive) which allows the automatic cleaning of the screen in two directions, without interrupting the flow or filtration process. Further, the filter flushing is so efficient that less than 1% of total flow is used for the total flush cycles. This design is focused on reducing overall operating costs and maintenance time the total number of parts in a V-Series filter is less than 30% of parts of its nearest competitor.
In addition, thanks to the hydraulic BHD and the minimal operating pressure required, power consumption of the systems is the lowest in the industry. Moreover, the system’s performance is not affected when working with fluids at high pressures (up to 280 psi) and high temperatures (up to 98.8ºC).
