The company has been aggressively implementing a new strategy across its businesses. As a result of this new strategy, the company will be closing its manufacturing division permanently.

The decision to close is part of Kanati Clothing Company’s overall strategic plan to simplify its business model and the company will primarily focus on the expansion of its retail businesses and in-house label.

Kanati Co. clients will now be served by GSG Apparel Inc. who will take over all manufacturing operations as of Sept.8 2015.
