Promotions Recognize Outstanding Performance of Jim Ettamarna and Chris Dent

Effective January 1, 2015, Jim Ettamarna was promoted to Managing Director. Jim has spent his career helping companies accelerate growth in the industrial, office products, distribution, technology and business services industries. While with McKinsey & Company he served clients on a wide range of growth, strategy, and operational issues. Jim also served in senior positions with Staples, Inc. and Avery Dennison and gained investment experience with Morgenthaler Partners. Jim began his career with General Electric, where he launched and led an ecommerce startup for GE Plastics. Jim holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts.

In addition, Chris Dent joins the leadership team as a Principal. His career includes experience in both consulting and line management roles within the marketing and sales functional areas. He has experience in many business-to-business and business-to-consumer industries. Chris’s particular subject matter expertise includes growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, segmentation, branding, marketing & lead generation, and implementation support. He is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing for DePaul’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Chris received his BA from Northwestern University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
