There is a lawsuit involving the harmful health and safety properties of tennis rackets on the hitting arm, shoulder, wrist and forearm. The Class Action seeks money for current and former tennis players who have suffered arm injuries.

If you’ve suffered arm pain after playing tennis, you may be eligible to participate as a plaintiff in the Class Action that’s asking the Eastern District Court of New York (Case Number: CV12-5577) for redress, relief, and $1 billion in punitive damages. It also asks the Court to require warning labels on all Wilson and other manufacturers’ hollow air-injected rackets.

The Plaintiffs claim that racket manufacturers knowingly manufactured the unsafe rackets. The governing body of the sport – the International Tennis Federation -- states that half of recreational tennis players will suffer from tennis elbow at some point during their playing lifetimes.
