Gardening enthusiasts have a chance to indulge in their hobby during a luxury weekend break away, courtesy of Bespoke Hotels and The Guardian newspaper.

The hotel company, which manages 52 properties across the world including city centre-based luxury boutique hotels and grand country house accommodation, is offering a green-fingered horticulturalist and their guest the chance to win a three-night stay at the stunning Cotswold House Hotel and Spa in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire.

Between June 26 and 29, the lucky pair will not only get to enjoy the stunning scenery of the Cotswolds, but also a summer garden package that includes a behind-the-scenes tour at two of Britain’s most impressive gardens, Kiftsgate Court Gardens and Hidcote Manor. In addition, the winner and their guest will join a small party for a private tour of Bourton House Garden.

As well as a private lunch in the historic home of Lady Hereford, there will be an opportunity to explore Whichford Pottery, near Shipston-on-Stour, and finally a question and answer session with award-winning garden writer Val Bourne, author of Colour in The Garden and The Ten Minute Gardener’s Vegetable growing Diary.

On arrival at the Cotswold House hotel, which itself boasts an impressive townhouse garden, the two guests will get to enjoy a cream tea, as well as breakfast each morning, two private lunches and two three-course evening meals with wine. The final evening meal will be at the Noel Arms Hotel in Chipping Campden.
