"On behalf of myself and Assistant Director Kim Blake, I would like to congratulate UAW Local 1612 President Tony DiClementi, along with the bargaining committee and the 190 members at LPP, on the April 10, 2012 ratification of their first contract.
"This process was long and tedious with many stumbling blocks in the 2 ½ years of negotiations, but the process ended with our members overwhelmingly voting for UAW representation."
