Cameco Named A Top Diversity Employer For Third Consecutive Year – PDF

For the third consecutive year, Cameco has been selected by the Globe and Mail as one of Canada's Best Diversity Employers.

The annual competition recognizes employers across Canada that have exceptional workplace diversity and inclusiveness programs. Selection to the list was based on information submitted for the 2012 Canada's Top 100 Employers competition.

Today's recognition follows Cameco's recent listings as one of the 10 Best Companies To Work For (2012), Canada's Top 100 Employers (2012) and Saskatchewan's Top Employers (2012).

"This listing recognizes the great strides we've made to become Canada's leading industrial employer of First Nations and Métis people," said Kaylynn Schroeder, Cameco's vice-president of human resources. "Our success in northern Saskatchewan demonstrates that our commitment to employing, training and supporting local people makes good business sense."
