Nathan brings to Carisk an impressive track record of success, with over 20 years of experience in product development, strategy, and organizational growth. Most recently, he co-founded Icon Health, leading the development and launch of the first full-risk value-based MSK solution for the Medicare Advantage market, where he continues to serve as Chairman. Prior to Icon, Nathan co-founded ForeSight Medical, a leading provider of surgical management solutions in the workers’ compensation industry, which was acquired by Paradigm in 2017. Following the acquisition, he assumed the role of President of Specialty Networks at Paradigm and oversaw sales, account management, and product development for the Specialty Networks Division.
