~Driver Flees the Scene after Crashing into Home, Leaves Victim with Serious Injuries~

Pasco County FLA – Today around 1:00 a.m., a Chevy Tahoe traveling southbound on US-41 lost control and departed the roadway as it approached 4535 US-41. As the vehicle traveled, it collided with a chain link fence and into an unoccupied Honda Fit parked in a private, residential driveway. The impact of the Tahoe caused the Fit to travel into the residence and through an interior wall, striking a 37-year-old Tampa man who was air lifted to an area hospital for serious injuries.

Following the crash, the driver of the Chevy Tahoe exited the vehicle and fled the scene on foot. A witness described the driver as a white female, approximately 5’7” tall, in her mid-30s, with shoulder-length reddish blonde hair.
