Two recent reports highlight Oklahoma’s steady population and workforce growth.

A recent study by moveBuddha highlights the “Stickiest States of 2024.” They found that the South and the Midwest are the stickiest regions of the U.S. based on the percentage of relocating residents that opt to stay in their state. Oklahoma ranks #4 in retaining its residents. r

Additionally, the Tax Foundation published its 2024 update on Taxes & Interstate Migration. Oklahoma came in 11th utilizing data from income tax returns for 2021-2022.
