City to host third Mass. St. Multimodal Improvements Open House March 27

Hello,
The City of Lawrence is conducting a multimodal corridor study for Massachusetts Street from 14th Street to 23rd Street.  Information about the project can be found on the City project website here.  This corridor is identified as a priority bikeway network in the Lawrence Bicycle Plan. The study will include safety, efficiency, and equity considerations for all modes of transportation.

After a set of successful public open house meetings, the City will be holding a third Community Conversation public meeting on Wednesday, March 27, from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm at the Liberty Memorial Central Middle School Library (2nd floor, elevator available and ADA accessible).

At this open house event, the project team will present the preferred alternative concept design and design report developed with input from the community, traffic analysis, and guidelines from the master plans.

We hope to see you at this event! Please email aparker@lawrenceks.org with any questions you may have.

Thank you,

Aaron Parker, P.E., ENV SP, Senior Project Engineer
