‘We are seeking willing sellers’: Five acres needed for a new County Courthouse

This week approximately 40 community members gathered in a courtroom on the third floor of the Nevada County Courthouse in Nevada City to participate in a public information workshop led by Pella McCormick, director of the Judicial Council’s Facilities Services (JCFS) Office, to discuss moving the Nevada County Courthouse from it’s current location at 201 Church Street in Nevada City.
