ABA Antitrust Conference in DC Features DOJ, SEC, CFPB Officials

CHICAGO, Nov. 10, 2011 – High-ranking officials of the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and the Federal Trade Commission will update lawyers on antitrust enforcement and policy priorities at the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law Fall Forum Nov. 17 at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.

The conference of antitrust lawyers, government enforcers and scholars will also include a discussion of how the FTC will coordinate efforts with the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Experts at other sessions will explore topics including competition in online markets, antitrust under healthcare reform and pursuit of criminal enforcement agendas on a global level.
