SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 9/22/23 at approximately 0352 hours, Troopers responded to the Starry Night Café located at 5371 US Route 7 in the Town of Ferrisburgh after being advised of a suspicious vehicle located near the front door of building. Investigation revealed a pickup truck had backed into the Starry Night Café. The operator of the pickup truck was identified as Drew M. McCarthy (39) of Mechanicville, NY. Further investigation revealed McCarthy’s license was criminally suspended.

 

McCarthy was released with a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal division at a later date.
