SUMMARY OF CRASH:  On 6/18/23 at approximately 05:51 AM, Vermont State Police were responding to a fatal motor vehicle crash in Berkshire, when a responding trooper noticed a vehicle off the road on RT 236 near the intersection of RT 105 in Sheldon.  The vehicle was a 2018 Ford F-150, which was up against the embankment for the rail trail, and Brendan Deuso was passed out behind the wheel.  Deuso was eventually awakened.  The investigation determined that Deuso was operating under the influence, and was placed under arrest for this charge. 

Deuso was processed at the St. Albans Barracks and released on a citation to appear in Franklin Court on 6/27/23 at 08:30 AM
