CORN PRODUCTS INTERNATIONAL DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND OF $0.16 PER SHARE
WESTCHESTER, Ill., September 21, 2011 - The Board of Directors of Corn Products International, Inc. (NYSE: CPO) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on October 25, 2011, to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 3, 2011.
