March 22, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Century Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNTY) said it has entered into an exclusive, long-term agreement with Ambassadors International Cruise Group’s Windstar Cruises division.

Under the deal, Century Casinos has been selected by Windstar Cruises to operate the casinos on all cruise ships that Windstar Cruises currently operates and will put into service during the term of the agreement.

Windstar operates three passenger cruise vessels, offering small ship luxury cruises in the Caribbean, Panama Canal, Costa Rica, Greek Isles and Europe, as well as Transatlantic crossings.

In a statement, Century Casinos said it has “significant experience” in the operation of casinos in the luxury cruise ship segment and currently manages the casinos aboard the Silver Cloud, a six-star cruise ship of Silversea Cruises, the Mein Schiff, a four-star plus cruise ship of TUI Cruises as well as the casinos on all vessels of Oceania Cruises.
