February 18, 2010 (FinancialWire) — The board of directors of Albemarle Corp. (NYSE: ALB) has increased the company’s regular quarterly dividend to $0.14 per share from $0.125, an increase of 12%.

The dividend is payable April 1, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business as of March 15, 2010. The new annualized dividend rate is $0.56 per share.
