September 2, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC) said it has received a new framework to deliver a range of professional engineering services to the Manchester Airports Group in the United Kingdom.

Officials did not disclose the contract value, although the length of the framework is five years, extendable for a further three years by agreement.

MAG owns and operates four regional airports in the UK, in Manchester, East Midlands, Bournemouth and Humberside.

Under the contract, Jacobs will provide airfield civil engineering, and mechanical and electrical engineering for MAG’s building stock, including both airport facilities and non airport-related developments.

Pasadena, California-based Jacobs provides technical, professional, and construction services.
