May 6, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Outsourcing services firm ExlService Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXLS) has hired Vishal Chhibbar as its chief financial officer. He has served since 2005 as the regional head for group financial planning for strategy and treasury for GE Capital, Australia and New Zealand.

Chhibbar will assume the role of chief financial officer of EXL on June 1. In 2004 and 2005, Vishal was CFO for GE Capital’s South Korea branch. From 1998 to 2004, Chhibbar was the CFO for GE Capital, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Prior to GE Capital, Chhibbar has worked for American Express Bank in New Delhi, where he was a manager in their global capital markets group. He also worked at Xerox, where he was manager for finance and business planning.
