As reported by the Associated Press (AP), U.S. District Judge Donald Molloy stated that he did not trust key witness testimony of former executive of the company Robert Locke, and suggested the prosecution’s presentation of evidence was lacking. The judge considered motions for dismissal of charges against the company Monday, but as noted by the AP, did not make a ruling immediately. However, he did reportedly mention the possibility that a mistrial would be declared.
