Command Security Wins $12 Million Contract

(AMEX: MOC) (Current Market Cap: US$29.91 Mil.) said it has been awarded a new contract to provide security services in ten states throughout its eastern region of the U.S. The company expects the contact will generate annual revenues of around $12 million
The new contract was awarded by what Command calls “the world’s largest express transportation company,” and was made in connection with a national selection of security services providers.
Under the award, Command will provide services at around 50 locations encompassing ten states. The company said it will no longer provide security services to this customer in the Western Region of the United States, an arrangement that had generated annual revenues of around $2.0 million.
Larangeville, New York-based Command Security provides aviation and security services meant to protect buildings, assets and people. The company operates from more than thirty offices in fifteen states.
