February 10, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: DLR) (Current Market Cap: US$2.58 Bil.) said that it plans to sell 2.5 million shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Credit Suisse Securities (NYSE: CS) will be the sole book-running manager.

Digital Realty Trust will also grant the underwriter an option to purchase up to an additional 375,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments.
