The Number One Nickelodeon Video Game in 2006(a) Returns in THQ's Avatar: The Last Airbender--The Burning Earth
AGOURA HILLS, Calif.--THQ Inc. (NASDAQ:THQI) today announced the release of the Avatar: The Last Airbender--The Burning Earth video game, based on the hit animated Nickelodeon television series. Avatar: The Last Airbender--The Burning Earth is currently available for the PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system, Nintendo's Wii(TM) home video game system, Nintendo DS(TM) and Game Boy(R) Advance. In addition, the game is scheduled to be released for the Xbox 360(R) video game and entertainment system from Microsoft next month, marking the debut of the first Nickelodeon title for this system.
