Electronic Poll Book Certification Hearing Friday, June 17

Boise, Idaho — The office of the Secretary of State will examine the Every One Counts electronic poll book for possible certification for use in Idaho elections on Friday, June 17. The public examination will begin at 9am in the J.R. Williams Building East conference room, 700 West State, Boise Idaho.
The use of electronic poll books to check in voters at the polls after certification by the Secretary of State was authorized by the Idaho legislature in 2015. I.C. 34-1106A
ABOUT LAWERENCE DENNEY
Lawerence Denney has served the people of Idaho since 1990. His public service began as a representative in District 13 and, following redistricting, then became a representative in District 9 until 2014. During this time, Denney served two terms as Majority Leader and three terms as Speaker of the House before successfully running for state office as Idaho’s Secretary of State. He is currently in his first term as Secretary of State.
