PROJECT: The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be resurfacing 2.8 miles of M-96 (Columbia Avenue) from Helmer Road to Tyler Street in Battle Creek. The $1.4 million investment includes asphalt repaving, sidewalk ramp upgrades, and pavement markings.
