2:20 PM Update: Route 192 in Hartley Township, Union County is open.
Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that both lanes of Route 192 are closed at R.B. Winter State Park Road in Hartley Township, Union County, due to a vehicle crash.
A detour using local roads is in place.
The roadway is expected to be closed through the afternoon.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays and drive with caution.
