NPR: Utah Is Ready To Move Into 2nd Phase Of COVID-19 Response
Utah is approaching the second phase of the Utah Leads Together plan. This is possible due to the state’s early efforts in approaching the pandemic as not only a medical problem, but also an operations problem.
Along with medical expertise, we need logistical and operational expertise to build a machine that can move all of the parts necessary to contain the virus, and move them all together. Once this machine is built, it’s a recipe for success.
