Flag Lowering in Honor of Staff Sergeant Christopher Slutman
Governor John Carney today ordered United States and Delaware flags lowered to half-staff in honor of U.S. Marines Staff Sergeant Christopher Slutman, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on Monday. Staff Sergeant Slutman resided in Delaware along with his family.
Flags are to be returned to full staff Monday morning.
