TCEQ approves fines totaling $694,153
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality today approved penalties totaling $584,648 against 32 regulated entities for violations of state environmental regulations.
Agreed orders were issued for the following enforcement categories: 10 air quality, one municipal solid waste, one industrial wastewater discharge, six municipal wastewater discharge, seven petroleum storage tank, six public water system, and one water quality.
In addition, on May 19, the executive director approved penalties totaling $109,505 against 49 entities.
