Warner Names U.S. Navy Veteran Shane Kirtner as Field Representative for Northern West Virginia

Charleston, W.Va. — Secretary of State Mac Warner is pleased to announce the appointment of Clarksburg-native Shane Kirtner to Field Representative for the state’s Northern Panhandle region.

As a Field Representative, Kirtner will be based at the North Central West Virginia Business Hub located at 200 West Main Street in downtown Clarksburg. He will be responsible for representing the Secretary of State’s Office in Barbour, Brooke, Hancock, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Taylor and Wetzel counties.

“I am very excited to have Shane as a member of our field team,” Secretary Warner said. “His enthusiasm and positive attitude make him a great addition to our effort to work with county clerks, and business and community leaders around the state.”

Kirtner is a graduate of Liberty High School in Clarksburg. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and graduate of Alderson Broaddus University with a Masters in Health Science.

Kirtner resides in Clarksburg with his wife, Jeannie and youngest son, Ethan. His oldest son, Zachary, is attending school in Florida. He and his family are members of Horizons Church in Lost Creek.
