BRT Apartments Corp. Enters Into $10 Million Credit Facility
GREAT NECK, N.Y., April 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BRT Apartments Corp. (NYSE:BRT) entered into a credit facility with VNB New York, LLC, an affiliate of Valley National Bank. The facility allows BRT to borrow, subject to compliance with borrowing base requirements and other applicable conditions, up to $10 million, carries an annual interest rate 50 basis points over the prime rate with a floor 5%, and is secured by certain cash accounts maintained by the Company at the lender. The Company intends to use the facility for acquisitions of, or investments in, multi-family properties.
