International Membership Data, LLC will receive an investment of $40 Million from Protect Pharmaceutical Corporation (“PRTT”OTC)

Las Vegas, Nevada, Nov. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- International Membership Data, LLC will receive $40 Million in investment from Protect Pharmaceutical Corporation. (PRTT), an OTC publicly traded company that will accelerate the adoption of IMD’s three blockchains and launches the blockchain based Help Economy. PRTT is changing its business model and name in order to join the blockchain movement that will revolutionize all aspects of the business.

PRTT intends to change its name based on acquiring revolutionary blockchain technology and other pre-determined strategic assets from Tobit Consortium. The company has formed a wholly owned subsidiary OnliChain Holdings LLC, to facilitate these strategic acquisitions and partnerships. PRTT intends to change its corporate name to OnliChain Inc. in the first quarter of 2019.

This strategic investment was to gain exclusive rights to IMD’s blockchain methodologies, development operations, and implementation strategies. Some of their latest developed blockchains include a cryptocurrency blockchain ecosystem. CompChain a blockchain that allows you to record and pay transparent commissions to salespeople, providing an irrefutable transactional and payment record. Additionally, a third blockchain built to protect your personal data, removing the ability for others to monetize your data. These are just 3 of many blockchains being developed and optimized for the Help Economy.

Based on decades of exposure to the evolving world of data, and the misuse, and monetization of data. PRTT has changed its focus to creating an ecosystem of tools to help people and empower them to protect their data and their business from being exploited. From medical records to credit scores to home ownership the blockchain is creating new economies. People need to have an organization devoted to their protection, using the latest techniques such as blockchain. This investment is one of many being made by a consortium of companies forming the Help Economy.

When asking David Childs – CTO of IMD why he chose to align with OnliChain he stated “Technology like ours needs to be shared with the world, the quicker we can get it out there the more people who will be able to take control of their lives. OnliChain has the vision and network to get our technology out to the world.” Mr. Childs added “There is a new wave of human connection and control on its way, and these two entities saw that together they can impact the masses in a shorter amount of time. The blockchain technology will be the next era of business and personal control, creating a secure and transparent world.”
