LANSING – The Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development today uncovered long-lost video footage of Chief Deputy Director Ken McFarlane, speaking candidly about pumpkin carving safety. The footage was found in a hidden laboratory, covered in cobwebs, just beside an old, seemingly unused Bowflex.
In the video, McFarlane shocks viewers with graphic descriptions of the hidden dangers of carving pumpkins—but then he provides some really awesome safety tips for both kids and adults. The footage was leaked by an anonymous source to a local documentary crew, who added some sweet graphics and sound effects, and then released the edited video to the public earlier this afternoon.

WARNING: Some viewers may find the video educational and somewhat entertaining.
