New York Mortgage Trust Announces Promotion of Nathan Reese to Chief Operating Officer

NEW YORK, Sept. 24, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. (Nasdaq:NYMT) ("NYMT," the "Company," "we," "our" or "us") announced today the promotion of Nathan Reese to Chief Operating Officer, a newly created role at the Company. Mr. Reese has been with the Company since 2004 and has served as a Managing Director since 2016 and as an executive officer of the Company since 2009. He is responsible for the Company’s operations, including certain portfolio activity, loan servicing, treasury functions, and information technology.
