Huambo, ANGOLA, September 18 - The director of the National Institute of Judicial Studies (INEJ), Luzia Sebastião, manifested in the city of Huambo on Sunday optimistic about the effectiveness of the Justice and Law reform in the country, which, among other challenges, aims to restructure the Angolan judiciary with the implementation of district courts.,

Speaking to ANGOP, during her visit to the central highlands, the judicial magistrate acknowledged that there was a willingness and commitment on the part of the government to successfully implement the project which, in her view, will strengthen the protection of fundamental rights within the framework of the consolidation of the democratic State of law.
