Both NY Governor Andrew Cuomo and NY Attorney General Barbara Underwood are knowingly endangering the welfare of incompetent individuals

Sharon Ashe, the mother of Scott Ashe notified me that the State of New York was and still is intending to put a level 2 Sex Offender in with her developmentally disabled son Scott who is approximately developmentally a 7-8 year old. Rumors were brought to my attention before that New York State was having New York State employed doctors give mild disability diagnoses to sex offenders coming out of prison so they could be placed in group homes. It is illegal and nothing could be more negligent than to put a known sexual predator and sex offender that is likely to re-offend in with people with developmental disabilities who are like children. Well this is what Governor Cuomo and Attorney General Underwood are allowing as they claim to be champions for protections of the vulnerable. Nothing could be further from the truth, numerous actions and blatant in-actions prove that both Gov. Cuomo and AG Underwood are directly involved in some of the most egregious and dangerous civil rights and human rights atrocities in the history of New York State.

You cannot make this up, who in the right mind would allow such atrocities? It is important to bring to light the magnitude of sex crimes being covered-up by Governor Andrew Cuomo’s fraudulent Justice Center; they are in the thousands annually. Almost all sex crimes against a disabled person disappears internally and are kept from local police, kept from being criminally investigated and kept from county elected prosecutors. This is wide-scale obstruction of justice that is ordered by Governor Cuomo and is currently being protected by Attorney General Underwood.

Both Cuomo and Underwood know that if Scott or any other person with a disability is sexually assaulted or raped they have everything in place to cover-up these sex crimes – Governor Cuomo’s bogus Justice Center. This State agency operating under its new name was relocated after it was basically caught with their pants down for massive cover-ups. The New York Times “Abused & Used” award winning investigative reporting series exposed the horrific care and services and the cover-ups occurring throughout the State of New York.

You would have thought any Governor would finally do the right things necessary to stop and prevent the rampant sexual assaults, physical assaults and deaths of the disabled following an extremely powerful investigative reporting series which was a runner up for a Pulitzer Prize. But no, Cuomo instead dug in his heals and worked with everyone providing grossly negligent care and services to concoct a scheme to be able to cover-up almost all the sexual assaults and deaths. Both the 911 Civil Rights Bill and Surveillance Camera bill that Michael Carey drafted and obtained massive support on have been blocked by Governor Cuomo. Cuomo has ignored the safety and equal rights of people with disabilities and countless lives have been severely damaged as a direct result of sexual assault and rape, this is the simple fact.

The cover-ups are purposeful and ordered by Cuomo and other top State officials to conceal the shame of these sexual assault atrocities happening with his agencies from the public, but also to protect the State of New York from multi-million dollar lawsuits. This news story regarding a State employee/caregiver who is a pedophile will disgust you. Stephen DeProspero called Cuomo’s system “a predators dream”. DeProsero was caught by the feds in a porn sting or he would still be sexually assaulting disabled children in a State run group home today. "The lack of supervision there made it easy to do what I did," DeProspero said in a handwritten affidavit obtained by The Associated Press. "I could have stayed in that house for years and abused him every day without anybody even noticing at all. It was a predator's dream." It is Governor Andrew Cuomo, Attorney General Barbara Underwood and some corrupt DA’s as well that have protected sexual predators like DeProspero and Weinstein and God only knows how many others.

Federal criminal and civil rights investigations have been requested by Michael Carey. It is time for the top officials involved in these criminal cover-ups and civil rights atrocities such as Governor Cuomo and Attorney General Underwood to be indicted and held fully accountable for their crimes against the disabled and humanity.
