MALVERN, Pa., Aug. 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.085 per share of common stock and Class B common stock to be paid on September 27, 2018 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 14, 2018. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
