Ty Cobb Named to Safe Ports Regional Gateway Board of Advisors

July 18, 2018, Charleston, SC – Safe Ports Holdings, an expert global solutions provider in logistics and other mission-critical functions for government agencies, NGOs and commercial enterprises, today named international lawyer Ty Cobb to its Safe Ports Regional Gateway Board of Advisors.
The announcement was made by Lucy Duncan, CEO, Safe Ports Holdings; and General John M. (Jack) Keane, U.S. Army retired, and chairman, Safe Ports Regional Gateway Board of Advisers. The company’s premier initiative, Safe Ports Regional Gateway is located in Jordan near the Syrian border. Announced in November 2017, the project is being developed in partnership with the Al Mafraq Economic Development Zone and the Jordanian Air Force.
Most recently, Cobb served as the Special Counsel to the President, managing the White House response to the Office of Special Counsel. Previously, Cobb was a long-time partner at international law firm Hogan Lovells, where he was widely recognized as one of the world’s top white collar, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement, and Congressional investigations lawyers.
A former federal prosecutor, Cobb is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and is regularly profiled in Best Lawyers in America, International Who's Who of Business Crime Lawyers, and Superlawyers. He was selected to the Ethisphere Hall of Fame in 2011 for his work advancing the cause of ethics in business and corporate compliance.
