(“Badger” or “the Company”) announced that all of the motions put forward at its annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 11, 2018 were approved by the shareholders. Voting at the meeting was conducted by a show of hands. The Company received proxies representing 81.97% of the shares of the Company.
