The company is currently located in the Irvine Spectrum area, which is also where they wanted to keep their California headquarters.

Due to the peculiar requests regarding their new office space, current building plans did not have what Vincit needed. Therefore, Vincit and their Landlord agreed to extend the tenant improvement budget to cover a whole new office building on top of one of the existing Spectrum area towers.

Vincit’s clients have been active contributors and supporters of Vincit’s new office plan, and new ideas are always welcome. In fact, the client who provides the most creative duck-themed suggestion for the office will be awarded with a helicopter trip over Irvine, leaving from Vincit’s new helipad at the peak of the Duck.

Currently publicly shared plans for the office include driving range golf area, conveniently located on top of the building and shooting over the Spectrum mall. The facility will be a shoe-free office, but the new policy requests employees to keep their feet warm by using duck-feet slippers and to wear a duck nose to keep their breath fresh.
