DENVER, Feb. 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Butler Snow is pleased to announce that Sean M. McGuinness has joined the firm in Colorado. McGuinness will be a part of the firm’s gaming industry team and business services practice group. He regularly practices before the Colorado Division of Gaming and the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission.

McGuinness has extensive experience with complex mergers and acquisitions and regulatory mandates for casinos and gaming manufacturing companies. His previous practice involvement included commercial gaming and casinos, gaming and hospitality, hotels and resorts and real estate.

McGuinness is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law, the International Association of Gaming Advisors, the Colorado Bar Association (gaming entertainment and sports section), the Mississippi Bar (gaming law section) and the State Bar of Nevada (gaming law section).
