Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Lead is responsible for overseeing the site warehouse and Materials Management function, including all in-plant material movements to achieve optimal service levels to operations and maintenance customers, and rebuild processes/procedures.  This position will lead, coach, mentor and direct the warehousing/materials management team ensuring material timelines are achieved and accurate inventories are maintained.

The Supply Chain Lead must have a proven ability to lead and develop the department and its staff members by demonstrating superior skills in coaching and mentoring.  The successful candidate must have a Diploma or University Degree with a focus on Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field with 8-10 years relevant industry and leadership experience; including, progressive strategic sourcing, category/commodity management, supply chain management and/or relevant experience in applied engineering and business management in applicable operating environments.  Possess strong analytical, planning, organizational, time management, and problem solving skills. Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to work with people of all levels within the organization is required. 

The successful candidate may be required to undergo a background check.  All safety sensitive positions require a substance test in accordance with PotashCorp policy.
