Norrep Capital Management Ltd. Announces Updates to Risk Ratings
CALGARY, Alberta, June 26, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Norrep Capital Management Ltd. (“Norrep”), the manager of a strategically focused group of public mutual funds, alternative investment funds, and limited partnerships, announced today updates to the following risk ratings of the funds listed below (the “Funds”).
There have been no changes to the investment objectives or strategies of any of the Funds associated with their new risk ratings. These updates result from implementation of the new Investment Risk Classification Methodology released by the Canadian Securities Administrators, which takes effect September 1, 2017, and has been recently implemented by Norrep in connection with the renewal of the simplified prospectus of the Norrep Group of Funds. Previously, the risk ratings of the Funds were determined following a risk classification methodology based on the approach recommended by the Investment Funds Institute of Canada.

These updates will be reflected in the renewal of the simplified prospectus of the Norrep Group of Funds, which is scheduled to be filed on or about June 29, 2017.
